As the light begins to shift and the earth leans into autumn, you’re invited to a special Autumn Equinox Craft Club where we will be gathering to mark the changing season at beautiful Hillside Wellness, in Nutley in East Sussex.It will be an afternoon of mindful making, quiet reflection, and community, nestled in the quiet Sussex countryside.
Craft your own Corn Dolly
An ancient harvest tradition where the Spirit of the Corn (found in the final sheaf gathered from the field) is shaped into a woven figure. She is then kept in the home through the winter months, a symbol of protection, abundance, and continuity, before being returned to the earth in spring to bless the new seeds.
Gentle & Restorative Yoga
A soft, grounding practice to help you drop into your body and align with the slower rhythm of the season.
Reflective Journaling
Time to pause, listen inward, and explore what you’re harvesting in your own life, and what you’re ready to lay down.
Homemade Seasonal Tea
Nourishing tea made from locally sourced ingredients.
This is a space for quiet creativity, embodied rest, and seasonal connection. It is a way to honour the ancient rhythms that are still alive in us today, if we can only stop and listen.
