In our small group community sound bath sessions, multiple participants come together to experience vibrational healing through sound. Participants often lie on mats in a cozy, dimly lit room and listen as soothing sounds from instruments like singing bowls, chimes and gongs are played. These sounds help synchronize the energy of the group, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and encouraging emotional release. The collective energy enhances the healing, allowing for a deeper shared peace. A typical session lasts 60 minutes and is often a deeply meditative experience for everyone.

This special Sound Bath includes an Autumn Ritual where you will have a moment to focus in on your intentions for the season, release what no longer is needed in the next chapter of your year. We will end the session with card-pulls and time for sharing.

Not required but you can bring your own eye pillow, journal or comfort token, i.e. special crystal, favorite blanket😉, etc.

Sound therapy is not recommended for individuals with the following conditions, unless written clearance is provided by a licensed medical professional:

• Pacemakers or other implanted electronic devices
• Metal plates, screws, or other metallic implants
• Implanted pumps or medical devices
• Epilepsy or a history of seizures
• Individuals in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy
• Severe or clinical mental health conditions
