The Autumn Equinox reminds us to find balance and harmony as we begin to invite our inner light back in.For this Autumn Equinox Circle we will be welcoming the energy of transformation and change.

Candle lighting ceremony
Creating individual elemental mandalas using crystals, flowers, candles, etc. (earth, fire, water, air)
Oracle card pulling, reflection, and journaling
Guided meditation to revitalize and balance the mind, body, spirit
Things to bring with you the day of:
Yoga mat
Journal
Anything you'd like to incorporate with your elemental mandala(supplies will be included but if you feel you called to bringing more that is always welcomed)
