Fall Equinox Breath & Sound Journey

The Fall Equinox is a sacred pause in the year when day and night stand in perfect balance. It marks a turning point—an invitation to slow down, reflect, and align with the natural rhythms of the earth. As the seasons shift, we are reminded to let go of what no longer serves us and to create space for renewal and growth.

In this gathering, we come together in community to honor the Equinox with grounding practices that support balance and harmony. Through intentional breathwork, you’ll release stored tension and connect more deeply with your inner landscape. A restorative sound bath will then guide you into stillness, using the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, and other instruments to restore equilibrium to mind, body, and spirit.

This is a time to plant seeds of intention, to acknowledge the cycles of light and dark within ourselves, and to welcome the season ahead with clarity and openness. The evening will offer space for reflection, connection, and gentle renewal as we honor the balance point between summer’s fire and winter’s quiet.

Spaces are intentionally limited to create an intimate, supportive container for deep work.
