Autumn Enchantment: An Outdoor Sound Bath & Energy Experience

Gather with Sound Waves beneath the open sky at Griggs Amphitheater in Griggs Reservoir Park as we honor the magic of the Fall Equinox—a sacred turning point when day and night rest in perfect balance.
Surrounded by the beauty of nature, you’ll be guided into deep rest through meditation and the enchanting sounds of crystal singing bowls, flutes, chimes, and other healing instruments. Allow the music to drift through the autumn air, quiet your mind, and gently carry you inward.
Join Christin Deheaton, LMT; Rachel Cohan, LMT and Reiki Master; Ryan Warner; and Nicole Warner, LMT—along with Juniper Rose, the Warners’ beloved dog, who will share her calming presence and special healing energy. Optional hands-on energy work, including CranioSacral Therapy and Reiki energy healing, will also be offered throughout the experience.
Come pause between the seasons, restore your inner balance, and release what you no longer wish to carry forward.
Pay What you can: $20–$40 suggested
We will have time at the end for community and shareing.
Bring bug spray, a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or zero-gravity chair and settle in for a magical afternoon of sound, stillness, healing, and connection.
This is a donation-based event. On Location you will have the opportunity to Venmo or cash is accepted as well.
