We’re gearing up for an almighty celebration of heritage diesels at our four-day Autumn Diesel Bash, taking place from Thursday 3 – Sunday 6 October. In addition, we now have an all-Sulzer Preview Day on Wednesday 2 October. We will be announcing the full line-up on this page in the coming weeks, however two visiting locos have been announced – Class 25 25262 and D7628 (subject to availability).
25262 joins us care of South Devon Diesel Traction, based at Buckfastleigh on the South Devon Railway and D7628 will be joining us from North Yorkshire Moors Railway.
They will work alongside many of the SVR Diesel Fleet, including D9551, D8268, Class 20, 33108, 37263, 40106, D821 (TBC), D182, 50007, 50033, 50035, 50049, D1015 and D1062. All locos appear subject to availability and may be subject to change without notice.
Kidderminster Diesel Depot will be open for pre-booked tours – details to follow.
