You are welcome to join the Wolf House for its weekend-long Autumn Art-A-Howl for open studio -- showcasing the art of nearly a dozen local female artists from 10-2, or when you arrive to the show.

PAULA CISEWSKI's hybrid book, Ceremonies for No Repair, is newly released, and her sixth poetry collection, The Becoming Game, is forthcoming from Hanging Loose Press in spring of 2025. She makes print and collaged objects, serves as book designer and co-editor/publisher of Beauty School Editions, LLC, and curates poetry for The Waves quarterly poetry and experimental music series.
ANDREA JENKINS is a soulful poet, educator, artist, respected historian and political powerhouse. In 2017 she became the 1st out Black Trans woman elected to public office in the United States. She serves on the Minneapolis City Council. She holds a Masters Degree in Community Economic Development from Southern New Hampshire University, a Masters of Fine Arts from Hamline University, and Bachelors Degree from Metropolitan State University. Additionally she completed the Senior Government and Executive Leadership program at Harvard University.
She has been featured in TIME Magazine, Essence, Teen Vogue, The New York Times, The Guardian, & Minneapolis St. Paul Magazine. In 2022 she was named on the OUT100 list by OUT Magazine, Twin Cities Business 100 People to Know, and Fast Company Top 50 Queers.
Born in Vietnam, raised in the Phillips neighborhood of South Minneapolis, BAO PHI is a Vietnamese American Minnesotan and a long time spoken word artist. A poet, he has two collections published, Sông I Sing and Thousand Star Hotel, both by Coffeehouse Press. As a children's book author, he has written four children's books: A Different Pond, My Footprints, Hello Mandarin Duck, and You Are Life, all published by Capstone. His longform work appears in Octavia’s Brood: Science Fiction from Social Justice Movements, A Good Time for the Truth: Race in Minnesota, and We Are Meant to Rise: Voices for Justice from Minneapolis to the World. He was a co-editor in the recently released poetry anthology We The Gathered Heat: Asian American and Pacific Islander Poetry, Performance, and Spoken Word. He is a community member, a refugee, and a father.
Michael Kleber-Diggs (KLEE-burr digs) (he / him / his) is a poet, essayist, literary critic, and arts educator. He is the author of My Weight in Water, a memoir about his complicated relationship with lap swimming (forthcoming with Spiegel & Grau, August 2025). Michael’s debut poetry collection, Worldly Things won the Max Ritvo Poetry Prize and was published by Milkweed Editions in 2021. His poems and essays often explore themes of intimacy, community, empathy, and grace, practices he believes are distinct and interdependent. Michael is a 2023-2025 Jerome Hill Artist Fellow in Literature, and he teaches creative writing at Augsburg University and through the Minnesota Prison Writing Workshop.
Annette Schiebout is a consultant, freelance writer and project manager. She runs Bella Luna Studios at the Wolf House - an artist residency, AirBNB and performance venue. She has participated in literary and musical performances throughout the Twin Cities and Los Angeles, including TIC, Saint Paul Almanac, Poetry Circus - LA, Cracked Walnut, Kith + Kin Chorus and Prairie Fire Choir. Annette is the recipient of the Loft Literary Center Mentor Program and an Intermedia Arts SASE Mentee. She has received residencies from WritingXWriters, Sirenland, and Squaw Valley Community of Writers. She is published in rps, Honeypot Literati, F'Jords Review, Ó Bhéal and others. Annette received an MFA in Creative Nonfiction from Hamline University. She calls Minneapolis home.
