Explore the beauty of autumn through a unique blend of techniques. In this workshop, you will combine small pieces of magazine cutouts, reminiscent of collage art, with the soft, muted hues of dry pastels. Additionally, you will learn how to add some texture and shades using colored pencils to enhance your artistic creation.
The founder and principal instructor of the Fat Brush Art Workshop, Maria G. Casey holds a bachelor’s degree in interior design from Universidad Femeninna de Mexico, and a Diplome’ de Maitre de Formation de Pebeo in Art from Provence, France. Maria ran her own interior design business, worked teaching art for TV and as a project art coordinator for two magazines. Currently, Maria is an arts instructor for the Seattle Archdiocese, teaching a wide variety of creative expressions.
