This is a fundraising event to help a local art group in Hatfield Peverel. The Breakaway Art Group (BAG for short) meet at the scout hut each week, home of Scouting for Boys and Girls trail.Both runners and walkers are welcome to our event. It's a scenic route around the area.
This is a self navigation trail race using a written route description, which will be issued to you on the day. There are no markings or marshals. No GPX. This is not a mass start event. You will be timed out and back in at the finish.
Race HQ is at The Wheatsheaf Pub, Hatfield Peverel CM3 2JF
£7 entry affiliated. £9 unaffiliated. Plus 50p booking fee. This includes a voucher to spend at the the pub on your return.
The pub has a reasonably sized car park but if full please park sensibly in the local side roads. There is also a free car park for 3 hours where the fish and chip shop is in The Street, Hatfield Peverel. You need to obtain a ticket for your car to get 3 hours free.
