Autumn Afternoon Retreat!

Come and refresh yourself after a too short, hot, summer!
We will gather together and get in touch with our higher selves on this afternoon of sharing and community,
We'll introduce ourselves and share some thoughts, then Joanna will lead a brief - simple - easy Qigong energy boost and clearing exercise to put us in a positive state of thinking and feeling.
We'll take a break and then Erika will present a guided meditation and automatic writing session, where we will access our subconscious/unconscious mind. Automatic writing is a way to connect to your inner wisdom and higher guidance with just a pen, paper, and a question to ask the Universe!
Refreshments will be provided for lunch and you are welcome to bring something to share if you wish. Please inform me of any dietary requirements and I will do my best to accommodate you. You will experience the stocking up energy of Autumn to proceed in this season of harvest and preparation for going within this winter!
After lunch Joanna will lead a guided meditation and a neurographic drawing session. Neurographic drawing is a way to create new neural pathways towards your goal as you draw. No artistic talent is needed! Anyone can do it and it is amazingly powerful! Come with a goal in mind. It can be anything!
We will end the day with an energy sharing circle and everyone will receive a door prize.
All materials will be provided for the writing and drawing sessions. If you want to bring some specific paper, writing implement, or colors, you may but I have quite a nice, varied selection!
If you have some books to pass along, this free book exchange is a fun way to release books you have read and take home some others. This will be optional throughout the afternoon,
