Welcome back for another immersion in the world of AcroYoga! This autumn we will continue building on the fundamentals and peak towards advanced pops and icarians.
This course is for you who have some AcroYoga experience and want to improve your skills on pops and icarians.
We will build from the ground up and only move forward as fast as the group is ready for - our main priority is to have FUN, connect with each other and build a strong community.
For you who are already more advanced, we will work on linking skills, throwing higher and catching softer..
This training builds on nerdy techniques to create the foundations for the craziest tricks. Join to get real-good at tossing people while having lots of fun in the process!

ℹ️ About your teachers
Fabio is a certified AcroYoga international teacher. Originally from Italy, he has been teaching at retreats, festivals, and workshops in the USA, Europe, and Asia. His practice aims at building community and empowering people through mindful movement. With attention to detail, he believes AcroYoga to be for any-”body”, focusing his classes on safety, fun, and positive mindset. Co-founder of SummerDream Fest, the annual acro gathering in Tuscany, he started building communities in Italy in 2006 and hasn't stopped ever since.
Diana loves teaching and watching the students evolve and become more comfortable with their practice. Working as a scuba instructor for several years she honed her passion to pass on her knowledge
In the past several years, acro has been a huge part of her life, practicing and teaching both in Europe and Asia. Her experience encompasses a wide range of disciplines, from dance, to acrobatics, as well as being a certified yoga teacher.
