Pay: $18.25 per hour + monthly performance incentives
Schedule: Open availability required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

What You'll Do

• Clean, wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles to Hertz Gold Clean Standards
• Inspect vehicles and perform basic service checks to ensure they are rental-ready
• Refuel vehicles and check fluids as needed
• Move and stage vehicles throughout the lot while maintaining organization and safety
• Support efficient fleet operations in a fast-paced environment
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Help create an outstanding customer experience by delivering clean, well-maintained vehicles

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
