Marina will begin with a very effective meditation to help each one connect with their higher self, and to ultimately connect with their loved ones or guides.
Please bring pen or pencil and a tablet, for recording what messages you receive while in your meditative state.
Come to learn this simple and effective tecnique of connecting with your spirit loved ones and guides. After a few classes and practice sessions, you will likely be pleased with the ability you develop, and you should soon be able to do this in your own home.
