Who Am I?

My name is Raven Temple, Owner and Executive Chef of Farm to Temple Meal Prep Company. Besides being passionate about everything food and nutrition, my speciality and M.S. is in research. I relaunched F2T in March 2021 w/goals to AGGRESSIVELY scale my personal chef/meal prep business. Through hundreds of hours of research, paid marketing consultations, and lots of trial and error, I learned automation is the key to growing and scaling your food business.
