As the leaves begin to fall and daylight slips away earlier each evening, many of us feel the familiar pull of seasonal depression. But this year, the weight is heavier. Autumn 2025 marks our first fall under autocracy — a reality that’s reshaping how we process grief, anxiety, and uncertainty.
This month’s session is dedicated to self-care.
Not the kind sold in ads or packaged in productivity hacks — but the kind that helps us stay human when the world feels less so. We’ll explore ways to nurture ourselves and each other, even as the days grow darker — literally and politically.
