Take your climbing skills to the next level with our Auto Belay Certification Class at the Statesville Recreation & Parks Department!Designed for participants aged 18 and older, this class provides hands-on training to safely and effectively use the auto belay system on our climbing wall. Whether you’re new to climbing or looking to enhance your experience, this certification gives you the freedom to climb any time the wall is available outside of regularly scheduled wall times.

*Proper use and safety procedures for auto belay systems

*Date + Time: 1st Tuesday Monthly from 1p-2p
*Date + Time: 4th Thursday Monthly from 7:30p-8:30p (no class in November or December)
*Eligibility: Belayer must be 18 years or older and have a current membership to utilize the wall
*Cost: $10.00
*Location: Statesville Fitness & Activity Center
