Autistic Adults of OKC

This month, we will meet at SPARK at Scissortail Park and hang out for the evening at the park!

We'll have games to play, and even a special guest to lead us in a jam session with instruments that anyone can play!

This monthly social is a fun, safe, inclusive gathering that promotes socialization, connection, and friendship with those like you! Unmask, unwind, and be your authentic self!

We encourage this social to be for autistic/neurodivergent/disabled adults only so we can have a space that is ours, practice autonomy, and unmask. If you are a parent, we encourage you to drop off and pick up so we can keep the space for autistic/neurodivergent/disabled adults.

Socialization is good for your mental health and promotes wellness in numerous ways. As the World settles into our post-pandemic "normal," it is more important than ever to take care of our mental well-being.
