STOP #1 of AutismUp's Amazing Race of Summer Activities! AutismUp will be hosting a Bottle & Can Drive for the community to donate to, starting Monday, July 8th, and completing Friday, August 9th, with the goal to FILL THE AU BUS! All donations to this FILL THE BUS Campaign will go towards the creation of a community KiteFlite Fundraising team benefitting AutismUp! This ongoing event is open to everyone in the community, with no needed affiliation with AutismUp.
Take off on our Amazing Race to raise critical funding to expand programs & opportunities, together! This Bottle & Can Drive is easy as 1...2...3...4!
1 - Collect returnable bottles & cans from friends and family!
2 - Rinse them, and contain them in a bag - big or small, we will collect them all!
3 - Bring bagged bottles & cans to AutismUp (50 Science Parkway) between 9am - 8pm (Monday - Thursday) and 10a - 2p (Saturday). Look for the Shopping Cart to place them in!
4 - Watch our community FILL THE BUS! Each night, AU staff will load the bags into the AU School Bus in hopes to fill it front to back with returnables!
Money raised in “FILL THE BUS” will go towards a “FILL THE BUS” 2024 KiteFlite Team on August 10th!
For families participating in our 2024 Kite Flite: Amazing Race, this event will count as a Passport stop! See an AU Staff member during drop-off to receive a passport stamp AND A FREE CAR DECAL!
