Autism Friendly Emergency Preparedness Workshop

Designed for Neurodivergent individuals, their families, and caregivers.

Workshop Highlights:

• For the first time, experts from the National Hurricane Center will be available for questions.
• Understand how emergencies can impact self-regulation for neurodivergent individuals.
• Understand the differences between Sensory Seeker, Sensory Avoider, and Mixed profiles.
• Apply sensory-profile-based planning to real-life emergency preparedness scenarios.
