Join us for a fun filled scrapbooking, stamping or crafting weekend as we raise funds and awareness for our friends in the Autism community. Proceeds from the event will be donated to The Lighthouse Voc Ed School. Based out of New London and Niantic, The Lighthouse provides educational and social programs to children and adults with physical and developmental disabilities. Cost for the crop is $120 for all 3 days, $100 for Fri/Sat, $90 for Sat/Sunday, $65 for Friday OR Saturday and $50 for Sunday. Payment/registration can be made by using the PayPal link provided in the "Tickets" link or by check or Venmo (please add $5 if using PayPal) Space is limited and all registrations must be in by Oct. 18th. Any cancelations received before Oct 18th will receive a 50% refund, I unfortunately can not offer any refunds for cancellations after that date.
The hotel has set aside a block of guest rooms at a reduced cost. You'll have a choice of a King or 2 Queen room: $89 for Thurs night and $109 per night for Friday and Saturday. (based on 2 person occupancy, $15 additional fee per night for each additional occupent) Reservations for guest rooms must be made directly with the hotel by October 18th. Guest rooms can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to your stay without charge so DON'T PUT OFF BOOKING, you may miss the lower rates if you do. Dinner will be provided both Friday and Saturday night, lunch on Sunday. We will have various vendors.
COVID PRECAUTIONS: Each person will have their own 6 ft table. Hand sanitizer is available as you enter and exit the cropping room. All meals will be served cafeteria line style by hotel staff to avoid multiple hands from touching the serving utencils. Masks are optional however that could change if the hotel has to abide by town ordinances at the time of the event. If you are interested in spending the night, the hotel has a fairly aggressive cleaning regimen in place. Details can be found on their website.
