It's a double(s) entendre... Back again this summer, in celebration of Bookstore Romance Day (on August 15), Greenlight hosts Authors Across Romance, a panel discussion featuring some of this year's most anticipated queer romance debuts, where sports romance and the rivals to lovers trope collide! Featured this year are Edward Schmit, author of the instant USA Today Bestseller The Open Era, “Heated Rivalry for the tennis set…charming, funny, and big-hearted" (Town & Country); and Tom Vellner, author of Thirty Love, a queer tennis rom-com "where even the non-sexy parts make your heart race" (The New York Times), which has earned praise from Publishers Weekly, Library Journal, Kirkus, and more. Moderated by Greenlight Events Coordinator (and staunch enemies-to-lover stan) Ashli Byfield, tonight's discussion dives deep into love—both in tennis and fiction—and rivalry, because all's fair right?
