Join local author and dog behaviouralist Dale McLelland as she discusses her latest book, Engage the Senses, which is aimed at enriching your dog’s experience.
Based in Ayrshire, Dale is a qualified behaviourist and trainer. Her business, Being Canine, has been running for over 15 years, and she has a particular interest in dogs that display aggressive responses, as well as the effects of fear and stress on domestic dogs.
Dale advocates force-free methods and places a dog’s health and wellbeing at the centre of all interactions. She continually promotes an ethical approach, ensuring the focus remains on relationship building.
