Meet Rebecca Balcárcel, the author of , the 2024 One Book, One City for Kids selection. Rebecca will discuss her book and writing process. She will answer questions from the audience during this kid-friendly event. Educators are encouraged to bring their class to this one-of-a-kind experience.
