Author Talk: History of Jubilee Blind Institute, Parnell with Carolyn Cameron

Parnell historian and local Carolyn Cameron reads from her recently published work "Parnell: A Victorian Tapestry" at Parnell Library. In keeping with the venue, the chosen chapter documents the establishment of the Jubilee Institute of the Blind in Parnell (now Blind Low Vision New Zealand) and will also cover the early and the largely forgotten history of the location.
