St. Louis native and restaurateur Danny Meyer reveals the secrets of his widely admired leadership philosophy. In 2006, Danny Meyer owned eleven restaurants, including the first Shake Shack, and had just written a bestselling book which proudly declared that he had never closed a restaurant. But just a few years later, he shuttered his beloved Tabla. Danny realized that his fear of failure had become an impediment to his entrepreneurial spirit. “What Could Possibly Go Right?”offers fascinating stories from the last twenty years of Danny’s career and insight into the tools he uses to build an energized, cohesive, and motivated culture.
