Justine is a member of the Crime Writers’ Association, she grew up in North Devon and her first Saturday job as a teenager was in Torrington Library. A few years ago, when her parents moved from the family home where they had lived for nearly fifty years, she found a book she had written aged 7 3/4. Immediately it took her back to the kitchen table, felt-tips in hand, immersed in the joy of creative story telling and she promised herself - right there and then - that she would write another.
Fast forward a few years and her first novel was published in 2021. I’M GOING TO FIND YOU was inspired by childhood holidays in Cornwall with her seven brothers and sisters and reached #1 in New Zealand (Kobo; Fiction and Literature) and #3 in Canada and Australia (Amazon; Mysteries). Her second novel I KNOW YOU WERE THERE is set on Dartmoor and was published last year. It has also recently reached #3 in Australia.
