Author Event: Chris Baker in Conversation with Tyler of the Mushroom Shop

Chris is visiting us from the Hudson Valley to talk about the world of mushrooms with Tyler to celebrate the release of Chris' book, On a Mushroom Day! There will also be ample time for Q+A.

Tickets include admission and a glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage. On a Mushroom Day will be available for purchase and personalization.

About Chris: Chris is a writer and professional mushroom lover who dropped her taproot in the Hudson Valley in 2014. She lives in Port Ewen with her spouse, kiddo, two cats, and a rotating assortment of pet lichens. Chris authored the picture book and runs Chicory Naturalist, a nature shop in Kingston, NY!

About Tyler & The Mushroom Shop:
Tyler's wild food passion started with mushrooms, after finding morels on the campus of the school where he was teaching music. The interest then mushroomed and took over the rest of his life! Tyler now owns The Mushroom Shop and works with a handful of restaurants in the Boston/Cambridge area (and beyond) selling wild mushrooms and plants. They specialize in culinary mushrooms and other mushroom related items, including books (guidebooks, cookbooks, nature books, etc), gifts, fermented items, unique produce and one-of-a-kind pantry items.
