Join us in the Education, Philosophy, and Religion department to discuss two new books with authors Aymeric Monville and Gabriel Rockhill.

Aymeric Monville and Gabriel Rockhill are co-authors of recently published Requiem for French Theory. The English Translation of Monville'sThe Poverty of Left Nietzscheanism, will be out October 16th. Monville and Rockhill will discuss both books, which engage with major issues like the effects of postmodernism on theory and practice, the rise of fascism, and the struggle for socialism in the 21st century. They will be joined in discussion by Jennifer Ponce de León, Associate Professor of English at the University of Pennsylvania, who facilitated the dialogue between Monville and Rockhill in Requiem.
