Once again, Adam & Clem meet and mix authentic relating with conscious touch to offer a journey of self discovery and connection.Ask for what you want. Get what you want. Let yourself relax and really accept that gift. Give full-heartedly. Easy peasy for you? Impossible? In between? No matter your answer, you are welcome to join us for this full-day workshop!
The idea? (Re)connecting to yourself, your body, others, to the pleasure of giving and the joy of receiving. But also to the fears, resistance, shame, guilt and all that come with making yourself a priority, pursuing wants and meeting needs.
To be able to fully welcome all of your experience, we'll go slow, do exercises to ground ourselves in the here&now, develop our inner compass, open up to self-compassion and practice expressing our wishes. And grant these wishes! We will combine authentic relating, the wheel-of-consent framework, and other emotional work modalities. All of this so that perhaps, you will receive what feels like a "fuck yeah!" to you and will find the space to fully let it sink. And perhaps also, you will give only what you are ready to, so that you can give full-heartedly. And maybe not; there is no expectation or goal to reach in this workshop, it is rather a playground for you to experiment with where you are at when it comes to touch, giving and receiving. If things get emotional, you won't be alone. We've got your back.
For the sake of experimenting, we will play in non-sexual territories. The things we'll do are all optional, you will be able to opt out any time.
AND, as a bonus, we’ll have a cuddle/touch party in the evening to apply what we’ve learnt in a relaxed and playful way.
The event will be facilitated in English (possibility of doing the group exercises in Czech).
Date & schedule

24th of January 10 AM - 6 PM + optional cuddle/touch party in the evening.
10 AM - 1 PM: warming up, connecting, diving into the playground of boundaries-wanting-giving-receiving.
1 PM - 3 PM: Lunch break
3 PM - 6 PM: diving deeper
6 PM - 8 PM: dinner break
8 PM - : cuddle/touch party with facilitated intro games to apply all that we’ll have learnt into a real playground :)

About the facilitators
================
Clem - Clem is providing spaces for humans to experience self-acceptance, deeper emotional connection to and exploration of themselves and others. He is trained in Internal Family Systems (level 1) and mixes it with different approaches from honest communication and embodiment.

Adam - Adam has over 10 years of experience with Experiential education, working with kids and adults. He is passionate about Authentic Relating, congruence in communication, embodyment, vulnerability and connection.
