O čem je Authentic Relating?

Authentic relating hry jsou různá cvičení a aktivity, při kterých můžeme zkoumat způsob vztahování se k druhým. Pomáhá nám k tomu ohraničení interakcí různými pravidly. Snažím se o to s větší mírou pravdivosti vůči ostatním i sobě, než je pro mě obvyklé v každodenním životě. Zvu vás otevřeně mluvit o pocitech a myšlenkách, které v nás bytí s druhým člověkem vyvolává. Zároveň se snažím o odvážný a bezpečný prostor, kde můžeme prozkoumávat svoje hranice. Často to může být sranda, a dobré místo, kde se s ostatními sblížit a víc poznat je i sebe.

Adam Wichera
Adam má více než 10 let zkušeností s Zážitkovou pedagogikou. Pracuje jak s dětmi, tak s dospělými. Jeho vášní je Authentic Relating, kongruentnost v komunikaci, embodyment, zranitelnost a otevřenost. Mimo ConnectionLab se snaží vnášet autenticitu do týmového vedení v korporátním prostředí.

What is Authentic Relating?
Authentic Relating games are various exercises and activities through which we can explore how we relate to others. Boundaries of interactions are shaped by different rules that help us. I aim to relate with a greater degree of truthfulness towards others and myself than I’m used to in everyday life. I invite you to openly talk about the feelings and thoughts that arise in us when being with another person. At the same time, I try to create a brave and safe space where we can explore our boundaries. It can often be fun and a great place to connect with others, get closer, and also get to know ourselves better.

About the facilitators
Adam Wichera
Adam has more than 10 years of experience in experiential education. He works with both children and adults. His passions include Authentic Relating, congruence in communication, embodiment, vulnerability, and openness. Outside of ConnectionLab he strives to bring authenticity into team leadership in corporate environments.
