Authentic Relating Lab 'Where theory meets practice: learn, explore, and embody authentic relating'
WHEN
EVERY 2 MONTHS
SECOND TUESDAY OF THE MONTH
"Do you ever feel like your conversations stay on the surface, leaving you frustrated or unfulfilled? You are not alone - and there is a practice for creating the deeper connections you are seeking."
Unlike a typical Authentic Relating workshop, this Lab gives you both the framework and the practice: learn the principles, reflect on them, then embody them through practices and games.
>WHO IS IT FOR:
- Adults
- All levels of Authentic Relating experience welcome.
- You have capacity to sit on the floor as we will sit on the ground. Chairs will be available too.
- You have an open mind, you are curious
- You are willing to reveal yourself while also standing for yourself
- You are perhaps shy and introverted and want to be guided safely or you are extraverted though want to improve your relational skills in a safe space
> WHY ATTENDING?
- You want to build connections, make new friends, expand your network, or simply be present for 'connection' that morning without any agenda for the future.
- You want to enjoy yourself (you want some fun - yes it is part of it!)
- You want to learn how to improve your relational skills in real life and attract people intentionally through the way your communicate
- You prioritise self-growth and like having opportunities to work on yourself
- You want to be part of a community with people who have similar intentions and share similar values
WHAT TO EXPECT:
A small group (12 spots only)
A opening circle (agreements and guidelines, welcoming practices)
Some reflective time around the core principles of Authentic Relating
Some practices in pairs
Some practices in groups
A closing circle
WHAT IT IS NOT:
This is not a substitute to individual therapy
This is not a space to preach, to give advice

Second Saturday of the month
10.30 AM - 1.30 PM ( we will have a break half way through)
