🦋 What does mean for you to be in integrity with yourself? How does it feel to be more whole?―When we dare to own our innate responsibility for what happens in and around us?⭐ Join us for an evening of deep human-to-human connection, heartfelt communication and play!
⭐ Let’s co-create and explore a potentially transformative space of presence, authenticity and intimacy!
⭐ Come and learn communication practices that help you create vibrant, nurturing, heart-based relationships.
🦋 Our main theme for this evening will be integrity and the ways it lives in our systems or is painfully missed when it doesn't. Through the exercises we picked and designed for this evening we'll explore and practise integrity with each other by vulnerably tapping into what's real for us in the very moment and other approaches that aim at wholeness.
🦋 Let's gather the pieces that might have gotten scattered throughout an intense year of change and challenge and feel a little bit more complete while slowly entering the festive season.
🌹 The exercises and games we will play are mainly rooted in the practice of Authentic Relating and also draw from kindred modalities like Circling. They help us swap the unconscious pursuit of automated communication patterns for mindfulness and vulnerability and by that enhance our sense of awareness and aliveness.
🌺 Through being radically present with each other, practising deep listening and compassion we expand our capacity of honouring each other and our awareness of the relational field that connects us.
💟 Everyone is welcome, no matter their background, culture, sexual orientation or identity.
No previous experience with Authentic Relating necessary.
The focus of this event is not on dating or physical contact, though profound encounters and some consensual physical contact may occur.

About your hosts:
Luz is a Berlin-based facilitator specialising in Circling and Authentic Relating. Discovering these transformative practices opened a new way of relating for her, allowing deeper, more intentional friendships and self-discovery through connection. These experiences sparked a passion to help others nurture meaningful relationships. Over the past 2 years, Luz has facilitated over 25 workshops and earned her certification as a Circling facilitator with Circling Europe. She is dedicated to creating spaces where people can authentically connect, grow, and learn from one another.
Arne is a certified Authentic Relating Facilitator and accompanies people as a coach and trainer in various contexts. His background includes body and gestalt therapy and nature-integrative coaching. He lives on the countryside and is passionate about exploring the free play of spiritual development, nature connection and the human-to-human relationship. His heart beats for the unity of freedom and connectedness and the holistic belonging to the earth and everything that lives on it.
