Join us as we explore the elements of nature through interactive games that invite deeper connection—within ourselves, with each other, and with authenticity in the present moment.
Authentic Relating (AR) is the practice of expressing your genuine experience in the company of others, while welcoming theirs in return. Together, we begin and end in circle, moving through a variety of connection games—verbal and nonverbal, still and in motion, rooted in sound and presence. We co-create clear agreements to support safety, openness, and radical presence.
AR practices offer a brave and intentional space to connect meaningfully with self and others. By learning and embodying these skills, you can shed conditioned habits and open to relating from a place of deeper authenticity and truth.
In this series, we will explore the nature of the elements through AR games. Each month carries its own elemental theme, and no two workshops are alike—the flow of games and experiences shifts with the energy of the group and the element we are working with. Join for one or immerse in the full series; each gathering is complete in itself while also part of a larger journey.

- Fire🔥 “Fire is passion and expression—it’s the spark that moves us into action. In today’s games, notice where your fire shows up: in your energy, your truth, or your courage to be seen.”
* Month 2 - Sunday October 12th 5p-7p
- Earth 🌍 “Earth is grounding and stability—it’s the presence that makes us feel safe and supported. As we play today, notice how you root yourself and how your steadiness can hold others.”
* Month 3 - Sunday November 9th 5p-7p
- Air 🌬️ “Air is thought and communication—it’s curiosity, perspective, and the breath that carries our words. In these games, notice how you express, how you listen, and where your mind wants to take flight.”
* Month 4 - Sunday December 14th 5p-7p
- Water 💧 “Water is emotion and flow—it’s the depth of feeling and the movement of empathy. As you move through today’s practices, notice how your emotions guide you, and how fluidity changes your connections.”

- Aether ✨ “Aether is the space between—the unseen thread that connects everything. In today’s play, notice the subtle field around you: the silence, the presence, and the mystery of what we create together.”

Come as you are but ideally comfortably dressed. Bring a meditation/sitting pillow if you wish, but we will have some cushions to sit comfortably on the ground and chairs if needed.
