Authentic Relating & Yoga for connection

Join us for an afternoon of self-care and deep connection - to yourself, others, and the beautiful nature surrounding us!

• Create meaningful human connections and drop into awareness of your body and its sensations while practicing Authentic Relating games. Explore your edges and push yourself past your comfort limits in interactions with others.

Authentic Relating games help us to playfully become aware of what our pre-sets are in conversations and give us an opportunity to explore other options for how we can relate to one another.

• Then, we'll sooth our bodies and souls with a heartfelt Hatha Yoga practice, during which we'll explore asanas (postures), pranayama (yogic breathing), and dharana (focused concentration) as gateways to feel and come closer to our spiritual dimension, our Atman.

• We will then close with a group circle, to welcome any expression that wants to be shared and heard.

Possibility to eat and/or drink something together afterwards, and to stay connected!
