Do you long for more closeness, authenticity, and meaningful connection?
Would you like to express yourself more freely, without losing yourself?
What would it feel like to be truly seen, heard, and met—without having to hide parts of yourself?
During this experiential workshop, you'll discover how small moments of authenticity can grow into meaningful encounters and genuine connection.
WHY IS GENUINE CONNECTION SO DIFFICULT
Most of us long for deeper connection and meaningful relationships. Yet when we meet others, we're often preoccupied with:
how we come across;
what others think of us;
saying something funny or interesting;
keeping the atmosphere pleasant;
thinking about what we'll say next;
giving advice, solving problems, or trying to fix things;
not wanting to disappoint anyone;
making a good impression.
As a result, we often miss what's really happening: what is alive within us, what moves, touches or triggers us, what truly matters to the other person, and where the opportunity for genuine connection lies.
A DIFFERENT WAY OF MEETING
Authentic Relating is a unique, playful and experiential practice that helps you become more fully yourself while creating deeper, more meaningful connections with others. By slowing down and becoming fully present, you create space to meet yourself and the people around you with greater awareness and attention.
How do you find those moments where connection seems to arise naturally?
Where you feel most alive, relaxed and fully yourself?
Where both you and the other person feel seen, heard and truly met?
You'll discover what happens when you let go of the need to perform, dare to feel more deeply, and reveal yourself a little more honestly.
WHAT TO EXPACT
Throughout the workshop you'll participate in simple, engaging exercises in pairs, small groups and with the whole group.
You'll practice:
slowing down and becoming fully present;
noticing what's happening in your body and emotions;
expressing yourself honestly and authentically;
listening with genuine attention, without immediately reacting, advising or fixing;
noticing the impact others have on you;
recognizing and expressing your boundaries, needs and desires;
attuning to another person's pace and boundaries;
creating space for playfulness, vulnerability and genuine encounter.
Authentic Relating is not about communicating perfectly or always being vulnerable. It's about learning to stay present with what is actually happening—in yourself, in the other person, and in the space between you—so you can consciously choose how you want to relate. Everything unfolds step by step. You always decide what you want to share and how deeply you wish to participate.
WHAT WILL YOU GET OUT OF IT?
By slowing down, you'll begin to notice what is really happening in your interactions. You'll become more aware of the unconscious patterns that shape the way you relate to others, such as pleasing others, overthinking, keeping your distance, shutting down, or trying too hard to create connection.
At the same time, you'll discover what helps you relax, trust yourself, and connect with greater freedom and ease.
After this workshop, you'll have a deeper understanding of:
how you relate to others;
when you open up and when you close;
what you need in order to stay true to yourself;
how to communicate your boundaries without losing connection;
how to meet others without losing yourself.
COME AS YOU ARE
Bring your curiosity, your strengths, your insecurities, your emotions, your desires—everything that is alive in you in this moment. No experience with Authentic Relating, personal development or bodywork is required. Curiosity and a willingness to explore are all you need.
Experience how liberating it can be when you no longer have to hold anything back, and discover the power of genuine connection.
