Join our intimate Italian cooking workshop in Amsterdam and master the art of authentic pasta making! In this hands-on 4-Step into an authentic Italian kitchen for an evening of hands-on pasta making, warm hospitality, and the joy of connecting over food. Led by Micaela, founder of The Balanced Plate, these intimate workshops welcome everyone—from passionate foodies to complete beginners.

What You’ll Experience

Create from Scratch: Learn the art of traditional, fresh pasta dough and master two unique shapes—Sardinian spizzulus and long, filled pappardelle.
Signature Sauces: Create seasonal sauces using fresh, locally-sourced Dutch ingredients that change with the seasons. Discover the stories behind the ingredients - from farm to your plate.
Pro Tips & Tricks: Get chef guidance so you can recreate these recipes confidently at home.
Feast & Celebrate: Enjoy your pasta creations paired with excellent wine, in great company and a cozy setting.
