Asha will prepare a variety of mouth-watering dishes that will tantalize your taste buds. DINNER MENU
Nepali Snacks (Starter)
Special starter in this session is Nepali Momo (vegan)
Alu (potato) salad, golveda achar (tomato pickle), sadeko lasoon (marinated garlic leaves), badam-bhatmas (marinated peanuts), furandana (fried rice flakes) and papadum (crisps) with flavorful lemon juice
Nepali Thali (Dinner)
4 kinds of tarkari (curries) with daal (Nepali lentil), bhat (rice), papad (crisps) and achar (tomato sauce)
Mithai (Dessert)
Kheer (rice pudding) and chiya (sweet black/milk tea)
* Important: All menu is vegan. We will not be cooking or serving any sort of meat items at de Sering. Varieties of fresh beverages will be served without additional charge. Alcohol is served at de Sering bar with additional charge.

About Asha
Asha has over 10 year experience and training in food production and distribution from Canadian education institutions. She studied sustainable agriculture through her post-grad program and her major is in soil microbiology management.
