Authentic Movement is a beginner-friendly contemporary/modern dance class designed to reconnect you with your body, your breath, and the joy of movement. Guided by instructor and choreographer Jessie Natusch, participants will move through grounding breathwork, guided improvisation, stretching, and a contemporary combination built from curiosity rather than perfection. Whether you’re brand-new to dance or returning to movement after time away, this class welcomes all bodies, all stories, and all ways of showing up. For ages 16+.
