Authentic Movement enables the expression of unconscious material and its integration. Practicing together is at the same time an invitation for everyone to come back to themselves and to regenerate in the practice. In this fixed group, we will take the basic form as a starting point for a journey that we will take together and that includes not knowing what wants to move.
We will also get to know different forms that also focus on the perception of the group and collective events. In this fixed group, the focus is on one's own process, but I am open to receiving what wants to show itself and what there should be space for. To this end, I create a held space that invites what wants to be there and encourages self-reflection.
At the same time, individuals remain responsible for taking care of themselves and deciding what to share from their process and what to keep to themselves. It is a learning space for noticing judgments and discovering choices. The practice in a fixed group can be a good complement to a therapeutic process.
Heike Kuhlmann invites you to take time for yourself regularly with this practice over a period of almost a year.

Authentic Movement ermöglicht den Ausdruck von unbewusstem Material und für dessen Integration. Das gemeinsame Praktizieren ist gleichzeitig für alle die Einladung bei sich anzukommen und sich auch in der Praxis zu regenerieren. In dieser festen Gruppe nehmen wir die Grundform als Ausgangspunkt für eine Reise, die wir gemeinsam gehen werden und die das Nichtwissen, über das, was sich bewegen möchte, einschließt.
Wir werden auch verschiedene Formen kennenlernen, die auch den Fokus auf das Wahrnehmen von Gruppe und kollektiveren Geschehnissen haben. Bei dieser festen Gruppe steht der eigene Prozess im Vordergrund, aber ich bin offen, das aufzunehmen, was sich zeigen möchte und wofür gerade Raum sein soll.
Dafür schaffe ich einen gehaltenen Raum, der das einlädt da zu sein, was da sein möchte und die Selbstreflektion anregt. Gleichzeitig bleiben die Einzelnen in ihrer Selbstverantwortung, für sich zu sorgen und zu entscheiden, was sie von ihrem Prozess teilen und was sie für sich behalten.
Es ist ein Lern-Raum für das Bemerken von Wertungen und das Entdecken von Wahlmöglichkeiten. Die Praxis in der festen Gruppe kann eine gute Ergänzung in einem therapeutischen Prozess darstellen.
Heike Kuhlmann lädt Dich ein über den Zeitraum von fast einem Jahr, Dir regelmäßig mit dieser Praxis für Dich Zeit zu nehmen.
