About this Event
The Authentic Connections Breakfast Network is a collaborative space where networking becomes something more human, alive, and real.
An informal breakfast designed to gather wellness entrepreneurs, coaches and therapists who are committed to work on their own self-development and make authentic business connections.
Co-created by Chris Kenworthy & Erica Marmai, this experience blends intentional connection with playful, guided practices from Authentic Relating — inviting you to move beyond small talk and into genuine, present-moment connection.
Through simple, facilitated exercises and interactive experiences, you’ll explore what it’s like to meet yourself and others with curiosity, honesty, and warmth — exactly as you are.
In a short space of time, you’ll get to know like-hearted professionals in a way that feels natural, relaxed, and meaningful.

Chris Kenworthy — Embodiment Coach & Facilitator
Chris leads warm, playful, and deeply human group experiences that explore what it means to be fully yourself — in connection with others.
Drawing from Authentic Relating, embodiment practices, and improvisation, his work invites curiosity, creativity, and presence into how we connect.
Chris also offers one-to-one coaching, supporting people to move out of overwhelm and perfectionism, and into a steadier, lighter, and more satisfying way of living.
A self-described recovering perfectionist, he brings honesty, humour, and humanity into everything he facilitates — creating spaces where people can feel messy, brilliant, alive, tender, and real.
