🫂 Authentic Connection is a compassionate and life-serving training created to guide you in deeper connection with yourself and others.
🧘‍♀️ It combines mindfulness, nonviolent communication, meditation and breathing techniques to foster a wholehearted presence in your life.
🛍️ In this workshop you will:
- learn how to identify your needs, as well as sense into the needs of others
- be guided in exercises for listening with compassion, and expressing authentically
- be allowed to be true to your heart in a safe space
- get access to a heartful and supporting community
