🫂 Authentic Connection is a compassionate and life-serving training created to guide you in deeper connection with yourself and others.🧘♀️ It combines mindfulness, nonviolent communication, and meditation to foster a wholehearted presence in your life.
🛍️ In this workshop you will:
- learn how to identify your needs, and sense into the needs of others
- be guided in exercises for listening with compassion when under pressure
- practice navigating in conflict
- learn and practice how to make an observation without blame
- learn and practice making a request without demanding
- practice expressing your truth fully and without shame
- be allowed to be true to your heart in a safe space
- exercise in plenary and small groups
- get access to a heartful and supportive community
