This free workshop is an intro to the upcoming 5 week series happening throughout June at the same time & place (details below)
Imagine a space where you can experience genuine connection by practicing authentic expression and non-judgmental listening — no topic is off limits and no one is pushing their advice on you. This is the purpose and intention of this positive and deeply nourishing experience.
This course is ideal for those who are looking to:
- uncover patterns in your emotional responses
- gain deeper insights into your own feelings
- enhance your ability to empathize with and understand others in their experiences
- create deeper and more meaningful relationships
- navigate conversations with greater sensitivity and insight; both towards others and yourself
This is a dialogue space where we will demonstrate and use interactive listening and relational exercises. The goal is to practice these skills together in a safe container so we can utilize them to sustain healthy relationships and build strong communities wherever we go.
Maizy will facilitate the experience by guiding the conversation, managing time, and introducing and demonstrating different exercises and prompts. There is no hierarchy and everyone is encouraged to share equally and freely, including the facilitator.
