Authentic Bay Area’s Authentic Friendships is an event where you'll be led through several 1:1 conversations with the intention to connect using a balance of your mind, heart, and gut to build friendships that matter!

You are invited to take a deep breath and to remove the various masks you may hide behind. This is an event where you are highly encouraged to communicate authentically whatever comes up for you in the moment as you’re guided through various interpersonal games with heart-centered strangers.
The value of attending Authentic Friendships is to learn how to have deeper relationships with those who already matter to you and if you show up vulnerably, I can guarantee that you'll walk away with new friends and tools to water those friendship gardens that you are cultivating and nurturing!
This is a drug and alcohol free event. The event is guaranteed to create feelings. I can’t guarantee what those feelings will be.

Doors open at 6:50 PM. The event starts at 7:00 PM. If you arrive late, you will not be let in.
The event is from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and it's open to all humans who'd like to attend.

Facilitator:
Infinity Nguyen is a facilitator for Authentic Bay Area. She is also a certified massage therapist, somatic coach, and embodiment guide who is passionate about creating containers where the full spectrum of human emotion can be expressed. She loves to facilitate events where people can connect authentically, vulnerably, and playfully by practicing the arts of deep listening and embodied presence, first with themselves and then with others. Her signature offering, Pleasure Alchemy, has now been shared across multiple venues on the Big Island of Hawaii, in the SF Bay Area, at Burning Man, and in St. Pete, Florida. Her approach to facilitation has been deeply influenced by over a decade of learning and practice in somatic psychology, nervous system repatterning, conscious communication, authentic relating, dance therapy, and contact improvisation.
