Begin the evening with a sparkling welcome and fresh white wines to set the stage.

• Thorn-Clarke Pinot/Chardonnay Sparkling – lively and crisp with citrus and brioche notes
• Deepwoods Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc 2018 – fresh, tropical and citrusy
• Maxwell Silver Hammer Shiraz 2016 – rich plum and chocolate tones
• Pillar Box Red 2015 – smooth, fruit-forward blend with a velvety texture
