Jason Rohloff – Chief Risk Officer, Monoova
Jason brings over 25 years of financial services experience to the table. He is responsible for developing and managing risk frameworks, licencing and compliance with AML/CTF regulations, and overseeing fraud and scam risk management. With previous experience at Commonwealth Bank, OFX Group, Macquarie Bank, and Westpac, Jason is a highly accomplished leader in risk management.

Steve is experienced in all aspects of risk management, including developing and implementing risk strategies, plans, and management systems to deliver effective and efficient risk management and support organisations in achieving their objectives. Expert in quantitative modelling for project scheduling and cost estimating with a proven track record supporting significant projects through strategic business cases and contract delivery.

Joanna Clark – Chief Risk Officer
Joanna is a highly experienced governance and risk professional who has worked as an Executive in the NSW Government for over 20 years. She has been an Executive, Chief Risk Officer, and Chief Audit Executive in many large and complex portfolios, including transport, health, policing, community services, and shared corporate services. She has a proven track record in leveraging risk methodologies and stakeholder collaboration to create simple and practical systems that can be easily implemented and used, creating substantial value for businesses.
