Spend Australia Day 2025 in Wollongong with our family friendly activities for all ages, including our community event and fireworks display at Wollongong Harbour.Key event details:
➡️ Start time: 5pm
➡️ Fireworks: 9pm
➡️ Road closures will be in place during event. Check Council's website closer to the event. We suggest parking further away and/or using public transport including the Free Gong Shuttle Bus (55A/55C).
An Accessible Viewing Area will be available to watch the Australia Day Fireworks on Sunday 26 January. Limited Parking is available for Viewing Area attendees, as well as a designated drop off and pick up point for those who are unable to book parking.

Requests to park in the Accessible Viewing Area must be received by midnight Monday 20 January 2025.
