What is your COVID protocol?

Please only attend if you are vaccinated or have a recent negative COVID test. Masks are encouraged. If you are displaying symptoms, please do not attend.

Do I get a physical ticket?

Once you purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email from Eventbrite on behalf of the Austin Music Video Festival. Your e-ticket(s) will be attached to your order confirmation email. IMPORTANT: If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, make sure to check your junk/spam folder.

Does my pass get me into every screening, party, awards show, etc?

Yes though it's first-come-first-to-screen to live events (IRL) due to limited capacity. We recommend arriving early to ensure access. The FREE Live Stream is free for all!

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Yes. 18+ (surcharges may apply for under 21). Underage attendees are allowed with parental supervision.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to the event?

There is NO onsite parking. Please rideshare or carpool and park in the neighborhoods off of Cooper Lane. (We do NOT recommend parking Cooper Lane).

Is the festival BYOB?

Yes!

Is my registration/ticket transferable?

Yes, you must do this via Eventbrite ticket log in or support.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, via Eventbrite.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Save the trees! Digital tickets on a mobile device work great.

What is the refund policy?

All sales are FINAL. No refunds. Thanks for understanding. NOTE: You can transfer your pass to someone else via your Eventbrite.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

No. You must transfer the ticket via Eventbrite.

I acknowledge all alcohol at this event is BYO (Bring Your Own). By entering the property I assume any and all risks involved in alcohol assumption and will not serve alcohol to anyone who is a minor, under the influence of alcohol prior to the event, disorderly, addicted to the use of alcohol, or anyone who will consume in any vehicle on the premises.

SAFETY WAIVER

I acknowledge and assume all risks associated with this event including, without limitation, falls, trips, ground conditions and dark areas. I understand NO SWIMMING is allowed in the swimming pool or hot tub, NO STANDING ON THE DIVING BOARD, and NO CLIMBING THE WATERFALL.

PHOTOGRAPHY & FILM RELEASE

I understand photographers and videographers are present and grant full permission to ATXES to use photographs, videos, audio recordings of me. I waive the right to inspect versions of my image before publication.

I have read and fully understand the above waiver terms and in consideration of the acceptance of my entry, for myself and anyone legally acting on my behalf, I waive and release the ATX Event Systems and Austin Music Video Fest, LLC, its employees, volunteers, agents, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action, including without limitation, death, bodily injury, property damage, or any other loss, damage or any inconvenience whatsoever, arising from my participation in this event.
