Come join us for a gathering of men at Casa de Luz Village (1701 Toomey Rd, Austin, TX) for the Austin Men's Collective - Monthly Meeting event. Doors open at 6:15 pm with the event held in the "Synergy" room. Doors lock and the event begins at 6:30 pm.

The Problem: Today, many men and boys are struggling to develop their true, full, and healthy masculine potential. Too few spaces invite and challenge men to grow into the Kings, Warriors, Magicians, and Lovers this world truly needs.
Our Mission: Our mission is to foster an arena and forum for the men of Austin to challenge one another, support one another, and grow with one another to become the men that our families, communities, nation, and world need.
Our Vision: We envision a city and world of healthy, vibrant, adventurous, genuine, and loving men who ardently practice respect for themselves, their friends, their loved ones, and their fellow man - and who demonstrate integrity with their word. We endeavor to foster a culture that promotes an attitude of actively striving for the welfare of all peoples.
Our Values: We show up. We follow through on our word. We show up authentically and with awareness and care both for ourselves and others. We support each other and we challenge each other. We recognize that we all make mistakes. We are transparent in our intent. We give back. We do our best. We strive to leave the world a better place than we found it.
Our Membership: The Austin Men’s Deep Work Collective is designed for Men (those that were born and sexed as men at birth and who identify as men today) who are committed to showing up, growing up, waking up, opening up, and cleaning up their life. We recognize that no group can accommodate all people, and we are not a group that is open to all people. We encourage, and implore, you to find your tribe, a group of people who encourage you to be the best you can be.
Our Agreements:

• Take personal responsibility (fully own your language, behavior, emotions, needs, safety, boundaries, etc.)
• Lean into your growth edge (this is a place where we come to grow and play; being uncomfortable is encouraged)
• Stay present (be self aware of your sensations, emotions, and thoughts; no phones or computers during group)
• Respect other (genuinely support, care and challenge your fellow members with humility and accountability)
• Honor personal confidentiality (we keep personal information shared between members at group confidential)
