Austin Founder Supper is a small-format dinner for startup founders and operators who want thoughtful peer conversation around the realities of scaling a company.
Guests are seated at six-person tables and work through optional discussion prompts during a chef-curated three-course dinner.
Topics include:
Hiring & Team Decisions - role clarity, hiring timing, management lessons, and capacity planning.
Operating Through Growth - process gaps, founder bottlenecks, delegation, and prioritization.
Cash Planning & Tradeoffs - general operating principles, runway thinking, and resource allocation without disclosing private financial data.
Culture & Leadership - communication norms, accountability, and team systems.
No attendee is required to share confidential company information, employee details, revenue figures, investor documents, or private financial records.
The final portion of the evening opens into relaxed inter-table conversation and voluntary contact exchange.
